In 2010, LLC KATE REMER was established, launching "KATE REMER good morning beautiful day", a brand dedicated to bags and fashion accessories for women.

The brand's appearances in a string of trade shows throughout Japan and abroad helped forge a remarkable reputation within the industry, coinciding with the opening of department store pop-up shops while retailing with apparel companies and specialty stores nationwide. Ongoing growth and success helped lead up to the brand's first appearance in a fashion trade show in Paris.

In 2021, "good morning beautiful day", which had been used as a subheading of KATE REMER since its creation, was rebranded to the acronym, "gMbD.".
